"The Last Chapter" will be my very last artist album as DJ Lauwy.
It's all about closing off things in life and reflecting on some good memories and life lessons. That's also why a lot of titles on the album have relating names, such as "End of an Era", the track I did with Lisa van Harmelen.

Back in the summer of 2019 I started with the first projects for this album. I had no actual idea for it yet. But in summer of 2021 everything fell in place. I had a lot of time to think about stuff and I felt the urge for some changes, even as a person myself by started sporting, being a better human for our planet and eating healthier which resulted in losing 17kg in half a year which I'm super proud of. And obviously also music wise. So the idea came alive for my last album as DJ Lauwy to sort of honor all the years under this name. There are even some special versions on this one, which are extended as well. And here are the "Epilogue" extended mixes as well, to make this Extended Version really a surprise.

But where one door closes, another one will open. I'm absolutely not quitting DJ'ing and making music! Making music is my number one hobbies to do as long as I will live. So I thought it was time for a change, which I'm super excited for! You can still expect music from me in the future.
